Returns

Yes, we want you to love your Big Guard Apparel! If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order. Just make sure the items are in unused, original condition. For returns or exchanges, contact us at bigguardapparel@gmail, or, through Instagram/TikTok and we’ll guide you through the process!

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Just click the link to track your package and stay updated on its journey to you! You can easily track your order directly on our website. Simply head to the 'Track Your Package' section, enter your tracking number, and you'll get real-time updates on where your order is!

Sizing

We provide a size chart on every product page in the "size" section.

To keep your Big Guard Apparel looking fresh, we recommend washing it inside out in cold water and hanging it to dry. Avoid using bleach or ironing directly on the designs to preserve the quality. Treat your gear with care, and it'll keep you looking and feeling sharp, on or off the court!
